Why I love this so much:
I love the way she incorporates the process of developing the body oils with the benefits and value of using them. And I love the call to action at the end too. The flow is of the video is so smooth that by the end, you completely forget about the negative comment in the first place. Genius!
My Biggest Takeaway:
Never be afraid to respond to negative comments. Turning the negative message around to a positive one is a skill that small business owners and personal brands NEED to master. Also notice too how she uses titles in her video, it’s always benefit driven
