Your founding story with an offer
Objective: Here’s your opportunity as a founder to introduce yourself, your product and an offer.
⤵️ NOTE: This is a pretty open-ended script, so below is a basic guideline to structure your founding story!
Script:
I launched a (benefit driven description of your brand/company)

Here’s three ways I wanted (my product) to be different form the rest
“Here are three ways I wanted my matcha to be different from the rest.”
(Dive into a small background story that would be relevant to your audience. Keep it a couple sentences long.)
“Over the last 15 years, I've been dealing with chronic health issues like asthma and eczema, and I had trouble focusing with my stress through the roof. I noticed how much better I felt after experimenting for months with matcha, adaptogens, and functional mushrooms, but everything that combined them on the market fell short of what I needed.”
(Now go into the three ways/three improvements. This is your opportunity to point out things your competition is doing wrong and how you improve upon them. Remember WIIFM. “What’s In It For Me!”)
“Number one, we use more potent and effective mushroom extracts. Most companies are using something called myceliated grain for their mushroom powders. These powders are known to be much less effective and filled with grains. So they can say they're using something like 2000mg of mushrooms, but really it's just very low potency mycelium.
We're using an 8 times more potent fruiting body mushroom extract powder. So even though it looks like less, It's actually a lot more effective and it tastes so much better.
Number two, this is not a latte blend. The number one goal was to make something healthier, so we completely avoided using things like additives and fillers, like erythritol, milk powders, and grains.The focus is really on the matcha.
Number three, we use a much better quality matcha. Most companies use a matcha that's low quality and bitter. We use a premium ceremonial grade organic matcha which is grown in Uji, Japan.”
