Purpose and Scope
The Creative’s Dispatch LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through https://www.sethlonborg.com (the "Website"), our connected Leadpages landing pages, forms, emails and other direct communications, our digital products and membership services, and interactions with our advertising when those interactions relate to this Policy.
It also describes information handled on our behalf by providers supporting checkout, email, membership, customer communications, analytics, and marketing.
This Privacy Policy does not replace the independent privacy terms of websites or platforms operated by other companies. For example, payment processors, social networks, membership platforms, and AI services may process information under their own privacy policies when you use their services directly.
Notice and Your Choices
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices. You may choose not to provide certain requested information, although doing so may prevent us from completing an order, providing account access, or responding to a request.
This Privacy Policy is intended to provide notice of our practices. It does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law for cookies, targeted advertising, email marketing, or particular categories of personal information.
Children's Privacy
The Website, digital products, and memberships are intended for individuals age 18 or older.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18.
If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us at whatsup@sethlonborg.com so that we may review the matter and delete information where appropriate and legally permitted.

Payment card details are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and our checkout providers.
We do not directly collect or store complete customer credit-card or debit-card numbers. We may receive limited payment information, such as transaction status, payment method type, or the last digits of a payment card, when provided by our payment processors.
We do not intentionally request Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through our ordinary Website and membership activities.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
Members who use our Content Wizard, downloadable AI skills, prompts, and templates within their own ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI accounts do not transmit those AI conversations to us through those resources.
We do not independently monitor, collect, or store the content of those conversations, uploaded files, or generated responses.
Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
1. Directly from you when you subscribe, purchase a product, create a membership account, complete a form, submit feedback or a testimonial, contact us, participate in a workshop, or communicate with us through email or social media.
2. Automatically through our Website and connected technologies, including analytics services, cookies, tracking pixels, website logs, email-open tracking, link-click tracking, and advertising interactions.
3. Through third-party service providers used to operate our business, including checkout and payment providers, email marketing platforms, membership services, messaging platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and testimonial services.
The information received from these sources depends on the services involved, your interactions, and the applicable provider's settings.
How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
- Processing orders, purchases, payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and other transactions.
- Delivering digital products, downloadable resources, membership access, and related services.
- Responding to customer support inquiries, questions, emails, and direct messages.
- Sending newsletters, educational materials, marketing emails, promotional offers, and product or membership announcements.
- Operating advertising campaigns, retargeting, audience matching, conversion tracking, and advertising measurement.
- Analyzing Website traffic, visitor behavior, and marketing performance.
- Improving our Website, products, educational resources, and customer experience.
- Operating membership communities, workshops, educational sessions, and related member services.
- Collecting feedback and testimonials and, with the customer's permission, publicly using identified testimonials or customer results in our marketing.
- Protecting our business, preventing fraud, securing accounts, and complying with legal obligations.
- Responding to customer requests and preparing personalized analysis or educational material using AI-assisted services when information is voluntarily submitted directly to us for that purpose.
- Conducting surveys, contests, promotions, giveaways, and waitlist campaigns.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, that basis may include performance of a contract, consent, legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.
The appropriate basis depends on the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, and applicable law.
We will seek consent where legally required.
Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Interest-Based Advertising
Our Website is built and hosted using Leadpages.
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to operate our Website, analyze visitor activity, improve our services, measure advertising effectiveness, and deliver relevant advertisements.
These technologies may collect information such as IP addresses, browser types, device information, pages visited, referral sources, Website interactions, and advertising conversion events.
Types of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Depending on the Website page and services involved, the technologies we use may fall into the following categories:
1. Essential Cookies
These cookies support basic Website functionality, security, and the operation of forms and other services.
2. Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our Website, measure traffic and engagement, and improve Website performance.
3. Functionality Cookies
These cookies support certain Website features and preferences.
4. Advertising and Targeting Cookies
These cookies and similar technologies help us measure advertising performance, create advertising audiences, and deliver advertisements based on interactions with our Website and services.
Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
Our Website and connected landing pages use or integrate with the following services:
- Leadpages
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Meta Pixel and Facebook Ads
- TikTok Pixel and TikTok Ads
- X Ads and X Pixel
On pages where these technologies are installed, certain analytics and advertising scripts may activate when the page loads.
These services may collect information concerning Website visits, device characteristics, browsing interactions, referral sources, advertising interactions, and conversion events.
Third-party providers may process this information under their own privacy policies.
Our Leadpages account is also configured to send form interaction and successful-submission events to applicable installed analytics and advertising integrations. Depending on the integration, these events may be used for conversion reporting, audience measurement, and advertising optimization.
We may also use customer-list matching and custom-audience features to match email addresses or other permitted identifiers with advertising-platform accounts. These features allow us to reach or exclude particular audiences and measure marketing campaigns.
Certain advertising providers may act as independent businesses or controllers for aspects of their processing.
Managing Cookies and Advertising Preferences
We use CookieYes, a third-party consent management platform, to provide visitors with information about cookies and similar tracking technologies and to offer privacy preference controls.
Visitors can review available cookie and advertising preferences through the CookieYes consent banner. A persistent Privacy Choices button is also available on our Website, allowing visitors to reopen these settings and modify their preferences.
Cookie preferences may affect the operation of certain cookies, advertising pixels, analytics services, and other supported tracking technologies.
However, browser-based cookie settings may not control every form of data processing, including certain server-side communications or information processed independently by third-party providers.
Visitors may also manage cookies through their browser settings and adjust personalized advertising preferences directly through the advertising platforms they use.
Additional advertising opt-out resources include:
Digital Advertising Alliance:
https://optout.aboutads.info
Network Advertising Initiative:
https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices
Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain Website features.
Browser settings and advertising-platform preferences may not prevent every form of tracking, advertising measurement, or data collection by third parties.
Depending on applicable privacy laws, visitors may have additional rights to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information for targeted advertising.
To submit a privacy request, including a request concerning advertising-related data sharing or customer-list matching, please contact whatsup@sethlonborg.com.
We will review and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
Browser Privacy Signals and Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Different Website services and advertising integrations may respond to these signals differently. A browser preference does not necessarily prevent all third-party technologies connected to a Website from collecting information.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid opt-out preference signal, we are responsible for handling that signal appropriately.
If you have questions about your privacy choices or wish to submit a request, please contact whatsup@sethlonborg.com.
How We Share Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to companies that provide services necessary to operate our Website and business.
Our current service providers and technologies include:
1. Website Hosting, Landing Pages, and Forms
Leadpages.
2. Checkout, Payments, and Transaction Processing
SamCart and Stripe.
3. Email Marketing and Subscriber Management
Kit, formerly ConvertKit.
4. Membership Hosting and Community Services
Circle.so
5. Social Messaging and Automation
ManyChat.
6. Website Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads and Meta Pixel, TikTok Ads and TikTok Pixel, and X Ads and X Pixel.
7. Testimonials and Customer Feedback
Senja.
The information shared with each provider depends on the services involved, your interactions, and how each service is configured.
Some service providers may process information independently under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose personal information to professional advisers, where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a court order, prevent fraud, address security concerns, or protect the rights and safety of our business, customers, or others.
Information may also be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information for Advertising
We do not sell or rent customer email lists to unrelated companies for cash payment.
However, certain disclosures to advertising platforms through tracking pixels, analytics integrations, customer-list matching, and similar technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws.
These legal definitions may apply even when no monetary payment is exchanged.
Where an applicable privacy law provides a right to opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures or processing, we will address valid requests in accordance with that law.
AI Tools and Large Language Models
We provide downloadable AI skills and plugins, including Content Wizard, as well as prompts and templates designed to be used by customers within their own accounts on AI platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic/Claude, or other services selected by the customer.
These independent interactions occur directly between the customer and the AI service provider.
We do not operate a server that receives members' routine prompts or generated responses when they use these resources within their own AI accounts.
We do not monitor, collect, or retain the conversations, uploaded files, or generated responses created through those independent interactions.
Each AI platform controls its own processing and retention of information submitted directly to its service, subject to its privacy policies, terms, and account settings.
Separately, when you voluntarily submit information directly to us through customer support, a project request, a feedback form, a workshop, or another business interaction, we may use AI-assisted services to help prepare a response, analysis, or educational material.
In those circumstances, we handle information received directly by our business according to this Privacy Policy and the applicable provider's practices.
We do not use or sell customer personal information for the purpose of training or fine-tuning our own large language models.
We do not intentionally provide customer personal information to third parties for the purpose of model training. Third-party AI providers may maintain different data-use practices, which should be reviewed under their respective policies.
Information Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention depends on the type of information, the services involved, our legal obligations, and our need to maintain financial records, resolve disputes, protect accounts, and enforce agreements.
In particular:
1. Purchase, Payment, and Billing Records
Transaction and billing records may be retained as long as necessary for tax, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.
2. Membership and Account Information
Membership access generally ends when a membership is canceled or expires.
Limited account information and transaction records may remain with us or our service providers, including Circle, SamCart, and payment services, for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
3. Subscriber and Communication Information
Subscriber information and communication records may remain while you are subscribed or as needed to honor unsubscribe requests, administer previous transactions, or respond to inquiries.
4. Testimonials, Feedback, and Recordings
Testimonials, survey responses, workshop recordings, customer submissions, and similar materials submitted directly to us may be retained for the purposes disclosed when collected and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We do not maintain retention periods for customers' independent ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI conversations created using our downloadable skills, prompts, and templates because we do not receive or store those conversations.
The applicable AI provider's retention practices govern that information.
You may request deletion of eligible personal information using the procedure described below.
We may retain information where permitted or required by applicable law, including information necessary for financial reporting, tax compliance, fraud prevention, security, or legal recordkeeping.
Passwords and Information Security
Some membership and third-party services require a username, password, or other account credentials.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying the relevant service provider and us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
We take measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to personal information.
Two-factor authentication is enabled on our business accounts with Kit, SamCart, Stripe, Circle, and Leadpages.
Payment card processing is handled by third-party service providers rather than by us directly.
Our Website is made available through an HTTPS address.
Independent platforms maintain their own security systems and controls.
No website, electronic communication, or method of information storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
If a security incident affects personal information, we will evaluate the incident and provide notices when required by applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you reside and which laws apply, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information.
These rights may include:
- Requesting access to or disclosure of personal information.
- Requesting correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Requesting deletion of eligible personal information.
- Requesting a portable copy of certain information.
- Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.
- Restricting or objecting to certain processing activities.
- Opting out of certain targeted advertising or disclosures treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law.
- Appealing decisions concerning certain privacy requests.
- Exercising applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
These rights are not available in every jurisdiction and may be subject to identity verification, statutory exceptions, and other legal requirements.
If you believe a particular privacy law applies to your information, you may contact us and identify the right you wish to exercise.
We will respond according to applicable legal requirements.
Marketing and Email Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.
You may also contact us at whatsup@sethlonborg.com to request removal from our marketing email lists.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily remove transaction records or other information we must retain for legal compliance, account administration, or customer service.
We do not currently send promotional SMS marketing messages.
How to Submit a Privacy Request
To exercise an applicable privacy right or request information about our handling of personal information, contact:
whatsup@sethlonborg.com
Please describe the information or privacy right involved in your request.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm who is making the request, or their authority to submit it.
We will review the request and provide access, correction, deletion, or another applicable response when required or appropriate.
Certain personal information may be retained where permitted or required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security purposes.
We will communicate the outcome of your request and respond to appeals where required, within applicable legal timeframes.

Our business primarily markets to customers located in the United States.
The Website and our services are operated from the United States. However, visitors and customers located in other countries may access our Website or purchase our products and services.
Information submitted to us or our service providers may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
Privacy and data protection laws may vary by jurisdiction.
If an international privacy law applies to our processing of personal information, we will address applicable rights and data transfer requirements in accordance with that law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, technology, services, or legal obligations.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Modified" date at the top of this Policy.
We will post the updated Privacy Policy on our Website and provide additional notice of material changes when required by applicable law or appropriate under the circumstances.
